1. Scope of Services
- Service Provider: We act as an authorized facilitator for government, financial, and digital services.
- Third-Party Portals: Many services are processed through external portals (UIDAI, state portals, banks). We do not control their uptime or approval timelines.
- Accuracy of Information: Clients must verify all details before final submission. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect data provided by the user.
2. Service Fees & Charges
- Approved Rates: Service charges are aligned with government-specified rates for CSC/Tathya Mitra transactions.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Government application fees and processing charges are non-refundable once the transaction is initiated or completed.
- Payment Modes: We accept cash and verified digital payments (UPI/Wallets) at the center.
3. Client Responsibility
- Genuine Documents: Users must provide authentic documents for verification.
- Fraud Prevention: Submitting forged papers or impersonating others will result in an immediate denial of service and reporting to authorities.
